In a mixing bowl, combine 500 grams of minced chicken, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, salt to taste, and 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs. Mix well to form a smooth mixture.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty, about 1/2-inch thick.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Lightly toast 4 burger buns on the same pan for about 1 minute on each side.
To assemble the burger, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf, followed by a chicken patty, a slice of tomato, a slice of onion, and a slice of cheese. Drizzle some ketchup or any preferred sauce on top, and cover with the top half of the bun.
