Chicken Noodles Soup
Chicken Noodles Soup is a comforting and delicious dish that combines tender chicken, soft noodles, and a flavorful broth, perfect for any time of the year. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.

Add 500 grams of boneless, skinless chicken pieces (cut into bite-sized pieces) to the pot. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.

Add 1.5 liters of chicken stock to the pot, along with 2 chopped carrots, 1 chopped celery stalk, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

In a separate pot, cook 150 grams of noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

After the soup has simmered for 20 minutes, add the cooked noodles and 1/4 cup of chopped fresh coriander leaves. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Taste the soup and adjust the salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot, garnished with more fresh coriander leaves.
