In a glass baking dish, combine:

1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing

1 tablespoon chopped peeled ginger

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Add 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves to the marinade, turning to coat evenly.

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 1 day.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later use.
