Chicken Cordon Bleu is a scrumptious dish featuring tender chicken breasts stuffed with ham and cheese, coated in breadcrumbs, and baked to perfection. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Take 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500 grams) and gently pound them to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place a slice of ham (about 100 grams) and a slice of cheese (about 100 grams) on each chicken breast.

Roll up the chicken breasts tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling. Use toothpicks to hold the rolls together.

In a shallow dish, mix 1 cup (100 grams) of breadcrumbs with 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.

In another shallow dish, whisk 2 large eggs. Dip each chicken roll in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Place the coated chicken rolls on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Remove the toothpicks and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
