Take 200 grams of boneless chicken breast, season it with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste. Marinate for 15 minutes.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the marinated chicken on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
Cook 4 strips of bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain the excess oil on a paper towel.
Toast 6 slices of bread until golden brown.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
Assemble the sandwich by placing lettuce leaves on a slice of bread, followed by tomato slices, cooked chicken strips, and bacon. Place another slice of bread on top, and repeat the layers. Finally, top it with the third slice of bread.
Cut the sandwich diagonally into halves or quarters and secure with toothpicks if needed.
