Chicken Chilli Garlic Rice
Chicken Chilli Garlic Rice is a delicious and flavorful Indo-Chinese dish that combines tender chicken pieces with aromatic spices and perfectly cooked rice. Ingredients: Garlic, Boneless chicken, Rice, Green chilli, Ginger, Cooking oil, Spring onion, Red chilli powder, Vinegar, Soy sauce, Capsicum, Red chilli sauce, Onion, Ginger garlic paste, Corn starch

In a bowl, marinate 250 grams of boneless chicken pieces with 2 tablespoons of cornflour, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, and salt to taste. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger, and 2-3 chopped green chillies. Sauté for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 finely chopped capsicum to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Add 2 cups of cooked rice, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the fried chicken pieces to the rice and mix gently. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
