Chicken Cheese Rolls
Chicken Cheese Rolls are a delicious and crispy appetizer, perfect for parties or as a snack. These rolls are filled with a mouth-watering combination of chicken, cheese, and spices. Ingredients: Chicken, Grated cheese, Spring roll sheets, Ginger garlic paste, Garam masala, Onion, Salt, Maida, Cooking oil, Red chilli powder

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add 1 finely chopped onion. Sauté until it turns golden brown.

Add 250 grams of minced chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.

Add 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, and salt to taste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the spices are well-blended with the chicken.

Remove the pan from heat and let the chicken mixture cool down.

In a bowl, mix 100 grams of grated cheese with the cooled chicken mixture.

Take 10-12 spring roll sheets and place a spoonful of the chicken-cheese mixture on one end of each sheet.

Roll the sheet tightly, folding in the sides as you go, and seal the edges with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons of water.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the rolls until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
