Chicken American Chop Suey
Chicken American Chop Suey is a delicious Indo-Chinese fusion dish that combines crispy noodles with a tangy, sweet, and spicy chicken sauce. Ingredients: Hakka noodles, Boneless chicken, Corn starch, Cooking oil, Red chilli sauce, Beans, Peppers, Capsicum, Vinegar, Onion, Soy sauce, Salt, Carrot, Spring onion, Garlic, Tomato sauce

Boil 150 grams of Hakka noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the boiled noodles until they turn crispy. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 1 finely chopped onion and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic until they turn golden brown.

Add 200 grams of boneless chicken pieces (cut into small cubes) to the pan and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

Add 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1 finely chopped carrot, and 1/4 cup of chopped beans to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornflour with 1/4 cup of water and set aside.

Add 1/4 cup of tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of red chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the pan. Mix well.

Pour the cornflour mixture into the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another 2 minutes.

To serve, place the crispy noodles on a plate and pour the chicken sauce over the noodles. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
