Cheese Nuggets
Cheese nuggets are a delicious and crispy snack made with a cheesy filling coated in breadcrumbs, perfect for satisfying your cravings or serving as a party appetizer. Ingredients: Mozzarella cheese, Cheese, Chilli flakes, Cooking oil, Black pepper powder, Salt, Bread crumbs, Mixed herbs, Eggs

Grate 200 grams of processed cheese and 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, and mix them together in a bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes, and a pinch of salt to the cheese mixture. Mix well and set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs and set aside.

In another bowl, mix 1 cup of breadcrumbs with 1/2 teaspoon of mixed herbs and a pinch of salt.

Take a small portion of the cheese mixture and shape it into a nugget. Dip the nugget in the whisked eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat this process for all the cheese nuggets.

Place the coated cheese nuggets on a plate and refrigerate them for 15-20 minutes to set.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the cheese nuggets in the oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove the cheese nuggets from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve the cheese nuggets hot with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
