Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Arrange 200 grams of tortilla chips on a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet in a single layer.

Grate 200 grams of cheddar or mozzarella cheese and evenly sprinkle it over the tortilla chips.

Place the platter in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the platter from the oven and top with 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped green chili, and 50 grams of sliced black olives.

Optionally, add 100 grams of cooked and shredded chicken or paneer for a non-vegetarian or vegetarian protein option.
