Cheese Chutney Sandwich
Cheese chutney sandwich is a delicious and easy-to-make Indian snack, perfect for breakfast or teatime. It combines the creaminess of cheese with the tangy and spicy flavors of green chutney, all packed between slices of bread. Prepare green chutney by blending together 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves, 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves, 2-3 green chilies, 1/2 inch piece of ginger, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt to taste, and a little water until smooth.

Take 8 slices of bread and evenly spread butter on one side of each slice.

Spread a generous layer of green chutney on the buttered side of 4 bread slices.

Place 50 grams of grated cheese (preferably mozzarella or cheddar) on top of the chutney layer.

Cover the cheese layer with the remaining 4 bread slices, buttered side facing down.

Heat a non-stick pan or sandwich maker and place the sandwiches on it. Cook until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Remove from heat, let it cool for a minute, and then cut each sandwich into halves or quarters.
