Finely chop 2-3 green chillies, 1 small onion, and a handful of fresh coriander leaves.
In a mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of grated cheese (preferably a mix of mozzarella and cheddar), chopped green chillies, onion, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix again.
Take 6 slices of bread and spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture evenly on each slice.
Preheat a toaster or oven to 180°C.
Place the bread slices with the cheese mixture on a baking tray and toast them in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
Remove the cheese chilli toast from the oven, let it cool for a minute, and then cut each slice into halves or quarters.
