In a mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of grated processed cheese, 100 grams of grated paneer, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, mix 100 grams of all-purpose flour (maida) with water to make a thick, smooth batter. Ensure there are no lumps.
Take a small portion of the cheese mixture and shape it into a ball. Repeat this process until all the cheese mixture is used up.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat.
Dip each cheese ball into the prepared batter, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Carefully drop the coated cheese balls into the hot oil and deep-fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
Remove the cheese balls from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
