Peel and chop 250 grams of carrots into small pieces.
Peel 2 medium-sized oranges and remove the seeds. Separate the orange segments.
In a blender, add the chopped carrots, orange segments, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 200 ml of cold water.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, add more water as needed.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, you can add a few ice cubes for an extra chilled smoothie.
