Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan and add 1 packet of Maggi noodles (70 grams). Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes until they are soft but not mushy.

In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter on medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 finely chopped tomato. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent and the tomatoes are soft.

Add the Maggi tastemaker masala (from the noodle packet) to the pan and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.

Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the pan with the buttery onion-tomato mixture. Toss the noodles gently to coat them evenly with the masala.

Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
