Brownie Sundae
Indulge in the heavenly combination of warm, gooey brownies topped with creamy, cold ice cream in this delectable brownie sundae.

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20 cm square baking tin with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix 200 grams of melted unsalted butter with 200 grams of granulated sugar. Add 3 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 100 grams of sifted cocoa powder. Fold in 100 grams of all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt until just combined.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared tin and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the tin.

Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into squares. Place one brownie square on a serving plate.

Scoop a generous amount of your favorite ice cream (such as vanilla or chocolate) on top of the brownie.

Drizzle some chocolate sauce or caramel sauce over the ice cream and brownie. Optionally, you can also add whipped cream, chopped nuts, or a cherry on top.
