Take 8-10 slices of bread and remove the crusts. Flatten each slice using a rolling pin.
In a small bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala.
Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the flattened bread slices.
Roll each bread slice tightly and seal the edges with a little water.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat. The oil should be enough to submerge the bread rolls completely.
Once the oil is hot, carefully slide the bread rolls into the oil and deep-fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. Make sure to turn them occasionally for even cooking.
Remove the fried bread puris from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve the bread puris hot with your choice of chutney or sauce.
