Boneless Chilli Chicken
Boneless Chilli Chicken is a mouth-watering Indo-Chinese dish with succulent chicken pieces tossed in a spicy and tangy sauce. Cut 500 grams of boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and salt to taste for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of cornflour with 4 tablespoons of water to make a smooth batter. Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the batter.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Remove and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger, and 2-3 chopped green chillies for a minute.

Add 1 large chopped onion and 1 chopped capsicum to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons of red chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the pan. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss well to coat them with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornflour with 2 tablespoons of water and add it to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
