Blueberry Shrikhand is a delightful twist on the traditional Indian dessert, combining creamy hung curd with the sweet and tangy flavor of blueberries. Take 500 grams of fresh curd and place it in a muslin cloth. Tie the cloth and hang it for 4-5 hours to drain the whey and get thick hung curd.

In a blender, add 100 grams of fresh blueberries and blend them into a smooth puree. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add the hung curd and whisk it until smooth and creamy.

Add 100 grams of powdered sugar to the hung curd and mix well.

Gently fold in the blueberry puree into the hung curd mixture until well combined.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.

Refrigerate the blueberry shrikhand for at least 2 hours before serving.

Garnish with a few fresh blueberries and chopped nuts (optional) before serving.
