Take 200 grams of fresh blueberries and wash them thoroughly.
In a blender, add the washed blueberries, 500 ml of chilled milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust according to taste), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker shake, you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or 100 grams of yogurt.
Pour the blueberry shake into glasses and garnish with a few fresh blueberries or a sprig of mint, if desired.
