Add 30 grams of sev (crunchy chickpea noodles), 20 grams of roasted peanuts, and 10 grams of finely chopped green chilies (optional, adjust according to taste).
In a separate small bowl, mix 50 grams of tamarind chutney, 30 grams of green chutney, and 1 teaspoon of chaat masala. Pour this mixture over the puffed rice and vegetables.
Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined, ensuring the puffed rice remains crispy.
Serve immediately in individual bowls or plates, garnished with additional sev and chopped coriander leaves.
