Cut a ripe avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh. You will need about 150 grams of avocado flesh.
In a blender, add the avocado flesh, 250 grams of chilled plain yogurt (dahi), 100 ml of cold milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey (adjust to taste), and a pinch of cardamom powder (elaichi).
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the lassi is too thick, add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the avocado lassi into glasses and garnish with a few chopped nuts (optional) or a sprinkle of cardamom powder.
Serve the avocado lassi chilled.
