Take 1 ripe avocado, peel it, remove the seed, and cut it into small pieces.
In a blender, add the avocado pieces, 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves, 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves, 1-2 green chillies (adjust according to your spice preference), 1/2 inch piece of ginger, and 2-3 cloves of garlic.
Squeeze the juice of 1 medium-sized lemon into the blender.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of chaat masala, and salt to taste.
Blend all the ingredients together until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. If needed, add a little water to adjust the consistency.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and garnish with a few coriander leaves. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
