Take 2 ripe avocados, peel and dice them into small cubes. Keep them aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add 100 grams of puffed rice (murmura), 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped tomato, 1 finely chopped green chili, and a handful of chopped coriander leaves.
Add the diced avocados to the mixing bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of tamarind chutney, 2 tablespoons of green chutney, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, and salt to taste. Mix well to create a tangy and spicy dressing.
Pour the dressing over the puffed rice and avocado mixture. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
Garnish with a handful of sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) and some more chopped coriander leaves.
Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy and creamy Avocado Bhel Puri.
