Wash and peel 1 medium-sized apple, then chop it into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped apple, 250 grams of chilled yogurt (dahi), 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. You can adjust the sugar according to your taste.
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.
If the lassi is too thick, add a little cold water or milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the apple lassi into glasses and garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon or a few apple slices.
