Take 20 almonds and soak them in water for 1 hour. After soaking, drain the water and peel the skin off the almonds.
Take 20 seedless dates and make a small slit on one side of each date, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
Gently open the slit and remove any remaining seeds or fibers from the dates.
Stuff each date with a peeled almond, ensuring the almond fits snugly inside the date.
In a non-stick pan, dry roast the stuffed dates on low heat for 2-3 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even roasting.
Remove the roasted almond-stuffed dates from the pan and let them cool down for a few minutes before serving.
