Take 20 almonds and soak them in water for 2-3 hours. After soaking, peel the skin off the almonds.
Take 20 seedless dates and make a small slit on one side of each date, ensuring not to cut them in half.
Stuff each date with a peeled almond, gently pressing the almond into the date and closing the slit.
In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee on low flame.
Add the stuffed dates to the pan and sauté them for 2-3 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Once the dates are slightly golden and caramelized, remove them from the pan and let them cool.
Serve the almond stuffed dates at room temperature or slightly warm.
