Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, cream together 100 grams of softened unsalted butter and 100 grams of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Fold in 100 grams of desiccated coconut, 100 grams of chopped almonds, and 100 grams of chocolate chips into the dough.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart.

Gently press down on each dough ball to slightly flatten them.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
