Soak 50 grams of almonds in water for 6-8 hours or overnight. After soaking, drain the water and peel the almonds.
In a blender, add the peeled almonds, 200 ml of cold milk (you can use dairy or non-dairy milk), 1 ripe banana, 2 teaspoons of honey, and a pinch of cinnamon powder.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again to achieve the desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a few almond slivers or chia seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.
