First, deseed a large pomegranate and collect about 1 cup of seeds.
Put the pomegranate seeds in a blender and blend until you get a thick pulp.
Strain the pulp through a sieve to remove the hard parts of the seeds. You should get about 1/2 cup of pomegranate juice.
Return the pomegranate juice to the blender, add 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, and a few ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sweetness if needed.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
