Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
For the tart base, mix 200 grams of maida (all-purpose flour), 100 grams of powdered sugar, and 100 grams of cold butter until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add a little cold water to bring the mixture together into a dough.
Roll out the dough and line a 9-inch tart tin with it. Prick the base with a fork and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Bake the tart base in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Let it cool.
For the filling, grate the zest of 2 oranges and squeeze their juice. Mix this with 200 grams of condensed milk and 2 beaten eggs.
Pour this mixture into the cooled tart base and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set.
Let the tart cool completely before slicing and serving.
