Start by grating the zest of 2 large oranges and set it aside.

In a double boiler, melt 500 grams of dark chocolate on low heat. Make sure to stir it continuously to prevent it from burning.

Once the chocolate has melted, add the orange zest and mix well.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a silicone mould or a tray lined with parchment paper. Spread it evenly using a spatula.

Allow the chocolate to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate it for 2 hours or until it sets completely.

Once set, remove the chocolate from the mould or cut it into pieces if you used a tray.
