Take 2 ripe bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth.

Add 100 grams of whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas.

Mix the ingredients well and then add 150 ml of milk gradually to make a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and grease it with a little butter.

Pour a ladle full of batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.

Cook the pancake on medium flame until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip it over and cook the other side until golden brown.

Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

Serve the pancakes hot with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
