Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a muffin tray with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth. Add 150 grams of sugar, 1 beaten egg and 75 grams of melted butter, mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together 225 grams of maida (all-purpose flour), 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tray, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
