Take 2 large apples, wash them thoroughly and cut them into small cubes. Keep the skin on for added fibre and texture.
In a large bowl, add the chopped apples, 50 grams of chopped walnuts, and 50 grams of raisins.
For the dressing, in a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss well to ensure all the ingredients are coated with the dressing.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
