Apple Cake
Apple cake is a moist, sweet delight packed with chunks of fresh apples and a hint of cinnamon. It's a perfect dessert for any occasion, and a great way to use up those extra apples! Ingredients: Eggs, Apple, Maida, Salt, Vanilla extract, Vegetable oil, Cinnamon, Sugar, Baking soda

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour a 23 cm cake tin.

Peel and chop 500 grams of apples into small pieces. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together 200 grams of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Stir in 120 ml of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Gradually add in 200 grams of maida (all-purpose flour) and 1 teaspoon of baking soda, mixing well after each addition.

Fold in the chopped apples.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
