Take 500 grams of Khoi (puffed rice) and keep it aside.

In a pan, heat 250 grams of Nolen Gur (date palm jaggery) on low flame until it melts completely.

Once the jaggery is melted, add the puffed rice to the pan and mix well until all the puffed rice is coated with the jaggery.

Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, take small portions and shape them into round balls.

Let the Khoi'er Moa cool completely before serving.
