Take 250 grams of boneless chicken and cut it into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, salt to taste, and juice of 1/2 lemon. Add the chicken strips to this marinade and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add 1/2 sliced onion and 1/2 sliced bell pepper to the pan and sauté them until they are slightly soft.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
Warm up the tortillas on a tawa or pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
Place the cooked chicken and vegetables on the tortilla, add some salsa and sour cream, fold the tortilla, and serve hot for your special dinner.
