Start by cutting 250 grams of boneless chicken into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 clove of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger. Add the chicken pieces to this marinade and let it sit for at least 2 hours.
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the peanut sauce. In a pan, heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil and sauté 1/2 finely chopped onion until it turns golden brown. Add 1 clove of minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
