Rinse 50 grams of fresh strawberries and pat them dry. Make sure they are completely dry before dipping into the chocolate.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add 20 grams of semi-sweet chocolate and heat it in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Hold each strawberry by the stem, dip in the melted chocolate, turning to coat all sides. Lift and let the excess chocolate drip off.
Place the dipped strawberries on a tray lined with parchment paper.
