Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
For the pie crust, mix 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 100 grams of butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Knead it into a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish. Prick the base with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Take 500 grams of fresh strawberries, wash them and cut them into halves.
In a pan, add 100 grams of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cornflour. Add the strawberries and cook until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
Pour this strawberry filling into the baked pie crust and let it cool.
For the glaze, heat 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam until it becomes liquid. Pour this over the strawberry filling.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
