Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a muffin tray with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mix 200 grams of maida (all-purpose flour), 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
In another bowl, whisk together 100 grams of powdered sugar, 100 grams of melted butter, 200 ml of dahi (yogurt), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
Fold in 200 grams of chopped fresh strawberries.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
