In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams of maida (all-purpose flour), 1 tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs, and 250 ml of milk. Whisk it well until you get a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly to make a thin crepe. Cook until the bottom side is lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
For the filling, take 200 grams of fresh strawberries, wash and slice them. In another pan, add the sliced strawberries, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and cook until the strawberries are soft and the sugar is melted.
Place a cooked crepe on a plate, spoon some strawberry filling in the center, fold the crepe, and garnish with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries. Repeat with the remaining crepes and filling.
