Thai Basil Chicken, also known as Pad Krapow Gai, is a classic Thai dish that combines the aromatic flavors of holy basil with tender chicken. Start by chopping 500 grams of boneless chicken into small pieces.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 2 chopped bird's eye chillies. Saut\u00e9 until fragrant.

Add the chopped chicken to the pan and cook until it turns white. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Pour this sauce over the chicken in the pan.

Continue to cook the chicken in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 1 cup of holy basil leaves. The residual heat from the pan will wilt the basil leaves.

Serve the Thai Basil Chicken over steamed rice, garnished with a few more fresh basil leaves.
