Boil 500 grams of sweet potatoes until they are soft. Peel and cut them into small cubes.

In a bowl, take 250 grams of dahi (yogurt) and whisk it until smooth.

Add the boiled sweet potatoes to the yogurt.

In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and let them crackle.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of hing (asafoetida), and 2 chopped green chillies to the pan and saut\u00e9 for a few seconds.

Pour this tempering over the sweet potato and yogurt mixture.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
