Spaghetti with Sausage and Peppers is a hearty Italian dish that combines the robust flavours of spicy sausage with the sweetness of bell peppers, all tossed with al dente spaghetti. Boil 500 grams of spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 250 grams of sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add 1 chopped red bell pepper and 1 chopped green bell pepper to the pan. Cook until the peppers are tender.

Return the sausage to the pan and add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, salt to taste, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine with the sausage and peppers. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Serve the spaghetti with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
