Boil 500 grams of spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Add 200 grams of broccoli florets to the pan and cook until they are tender and bright green. This should take about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan along with 50 grams of toasted pine nuts. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is well coated with the garlic oil and mixed with the broccoli and pine nuts.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
