Boil 200 grams of spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, melt 50 grams of butter over medium heat. Add 10 cloves of finely chopped garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Add 1 teaspoon of red chilli flakes and a pinch of salt to the pan. Stir well.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to ensure the spaghetti is well coated with the garlic butter sauce.

Garnish with a handful of freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
