Take 500 ml of full-fat milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.

Once the milk starts boiling, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.

Crush 2 cardamom pods and add them to the boiling milk.

Lower the heat and let the milk simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the cardamom flavour.

After 10 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup and stir well.

Turn off the heat and strain the milk into a cup.

Garnish with a few rose petals and serve hot.
