Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Peel and cut 500 grams of sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
In a large bowl, mix the sweet potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
Spread the sweet potatoes out in a single layer on a baking tray.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Make sure to turn them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.
Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
